Original Pan Am information flyer, announcing the retirement of Juan Trippe, the legendary Pan Am Chairman, and the assignment of Harold E. Gray as the Chairman and Chief Executive, and Najaeeb E. Halaby as President. Trippe was to remain as a member of the Board of Directors and was elected its Honorary Chairman. Photographs and short resumes of three men are given.
