ALITALIA - 1981 INTERMEZZO TICKET - VERY RARE
Ground transport and dinner for 14 passengers....
Another fine item for aviation, airline tickets and Alitalia Italian Airlines collectors. Original Alitalia Intermezzo Ticket issued on 6 January 1981 in Istanbul Turkey, for ground transfer services and dinner for 14 connecting passengers flying from Istanbul, Turkey to Singapore via Rome. It is Iran - Iraq War times, so flights had to be rerouted. The flight from Istanbul arrived around noon and flight for Singapore took off at night. Dinner was to be served at downtown Quirinale Hotel. The inside front cover lists the conditions for transfers, free beverages at the restaurant etc., wheras the back cover has a schematic plan of Intermezzo Bus stops at Rome Fuimicino Airport.
Approximate size: 19.9 x 8.2 cm. In very good condition. Much much rarer than normal tickets and 27 years old. Do not miss it.
