Another fine item for maritime and Carnival Cruise Lines collectors. Original deck plan of Carnival Cruise Lines ship Tropicale. Includes exterior and interior pictures of this vessel, deck plans, longitudinal section and telephone directory. Despite its name this ship was also cruising in Alaska.
Built by Danish shipyard Aalborg Vaerft in 1982, it was the first cruise ship custom-built for the company. After serving in Carnival Cruises fleet until 2001, it was sold to Costa Cruises and underwent refitting and refurbishing suitable for the European clientele in Genoa and named "Costa Tropicale". In 2005 it was sold to P&O Australia and named "Pacific Star."
Approximate size: 21.5 x 9.5 cm folded, 64.3 x 27.9 cm folded out. In English. You can see the covers and both sides of the deck plans photographed. In very good condition. Do not miss it.
