Another rare item for aviation, airline tickets and Turkish Airlines collectors. Return ticket Form II. This rare '60s return ticket form was printed by Nejat Basimevi in Istanbul in 1963. Form 91-002 12-63. 150,000 copies were printed. Not many survived.
Issued on September 7, 1964 by Van Der Zee Travel Service in Ankara, for the itinerary of Ankara-Diyarbakir-Ankara for flights TK-606 & 607 two and three days later. Return fare was 441 TL. A rare itinerary and a vey clean and legible specimen, that does not emerge often.
Approx. size: 16.0 x 7.0 cm. In very good condition, with paper punch hole. In Turkish and English. Do not miss this 45 years old, rare piece of THY history. Please look at other examples of early THY tickets listed.
